Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges.

Shadow Dog Press has a no refunds policy. 

Return and replacement policy: 

Books – Generally, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on books, but if your new copy arrives mangled, notify us within 5 days of delivery and send us some pics of the shipping carnage and we will do our best to get it replaced for you. 

Small imperfections do not = mangled. 

Magazines/journals cannot be returned. 

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable and digital products
  • Subscription based purchases. 
Reading, submission, and contest fees are non-refundable. 

Merch returns and exchanges are on a case by case basis. If your merch is damaged please contact us and we’ll work things out. 

If you purchased the product through a 3rd party retailer link on our site (Amazon, Walmart, B&N, Ingram etc) please refer to their policy.
